Services
LA Coffee Cart Co. provides mobile espresso catering services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special events. Service offerings, menus, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. Events are considered booked only after a service agreement has been signed and any required payment has been received.
Deposits & Payment Schedule
A deposit may be required to secure an event date. Remaining balances, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payments according to the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of services.
Guest Count Changes
Final guest counts may be required prior to the event date and will be specified in the service agreement. If guest attendance exceeds the agreed number, additional charges may apply.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, and modification policies will be specified in the service agreement. Terms may vary depending on the event date, notice provided, and services reserved.
Overtime
Service hours are defined in the event agreement. If service extends beyond the agreed service time, overtime fees may apply subject to staff availability.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing adequate space for the coffee cart setup and service
• Ensuring access to the event location at the agreed setup time
• Providing suitable power access if required
• Ensuring the venue permits mobile food or beverage service if applicable
The Company reserves the right to adjust service if operating conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
Equipment Liability
All equipment provided by LA Coffee Cart Co. remains the property of the Company. Clients may be responsible for damages caused by guests, venue staff, or other third parties during the event.
Force Majeure
LA Coffee Cart Co. is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue restrictions, power outages, transportation issues, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services contracted.
Use of Images
LA Coffee Cart Co. may photograph or record events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, and materials are the property of LA Coffee Cart Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
