Services
LA Coffee Cart Co. provides mobile espresso catering services for private, corporate, and special events. Services, menus, and availability are subject to change.
Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or booking.
Bookings may require a signed service agreement and confirmed payment terms, which will be outlined separately.
Payments
Payment requirements, schedules, and methods will be detailed in the service agreement or invoice provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies will be specified in the service agreement. Terms may vary depending on the nature and timing of the event.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing adequate space, access, and operating conditions
Ensuring venue compliance with applicable rules, permits, and regulations
Liability
LA Coffee Cart Co. is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, power access, or acts of third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Use of Images
The Company may photograph events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of LA Coffee Cart Co. and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
